Sited on the scenic EagleRiver in Avon, Colorado, this upscale residential development for one of our repeat clients features 113 double-loaded timeshare units with retail space and structured parking.The buildings are 8-, 7- and 3-story structures with outstanding views, sited around a common courtyard with recreational amenities.The project is a key component of a larger mixed-use development containing a Westin hotel, whole ownership condominiums, a retail plaza and a new ski gondola accessing the Beaver Creek ski resort.
