Architectural interior rooms renovation for the Welk Desert Oasis intent was to modernize and update the interior and layout to improve its overall aesthetic appeal and functionality of the hotel units, pool bar, exercise and fitness center.

It involved updating the units lighting, flooring, furniture, and decor to create an inviting and luxurious ambiance. The renovation involved reconfiguring the room layout to create more open spaces, and create the necessary accessibility for guests with mobility impairments.

ADA adaptations ensured rooms are accessible for people with disabilities with the installation of ramps, handrails, wider doorways, lower light switches, and accessible kitchen and bathroom facilities. The goal was to provide people with disabilities with the same level of comfort and convenience as the rest of the hotel, to make sure everyone can enjoy the resort facilities to the fullest.

With these renovations, we strived to provide the resort with rooms which not only look and feel amazing, but are also welcoming to all guests, regardless of their abilities.
